phishing attack
We are experiencing an email phishing attack. The attacker is using the address "helpdesk@sas" and requesting that people confirm their accounts by sending their passwords. DO NOT send your password or your account name.
NEVER send your password via email. Computing staff will never ask you for your password, so messages asking for your password are always phishing.
Moreover, your bank or other financial institutions will not ask you to confirm account information via email. Do not send your bank account number, PIN or password via email.
