SSC file server, lambic.ssc.upenn.edu, is back online.

SSC's Linux file server, lambic.ssc.upenn.edu, will be down after 5pm to this evening (8/2/2007) to replace system components. This means that you will have no access to data stored on lambic, including the following:

/work/econ
/work/popsoc
/work/pscwork
/work/psci
/work/staff
/work/other
/africa
/pier
/home

As a result, some websites for which the data resides on lambic, will
not be available, as well.

We anticipate this outage lasting no longer than 2 hours, but cannot be certain of this at this time. We will notify you when lambic.ssc is back online.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
